Michael is a Christian speaker and writer based in Bournemouth, England. He works primarily with university students around Europe. Through his talks and books he seeks to respond to some of the big questions that are thrown at the Christian faith.
Dr David Norbury is married to Pat. They have three married sons and seven grandchildren. On his retirement he became General Secretary of the EMW. He has supported over 50 churches across Wales in mission outreach since 2008. He is a trustee of EMW and UBM and is a member of the new SU Cymru steering group.
Suzy Pearson joined Scripture Union in September 2016 with a background in research and publishing digital resources to engage children and young people. She lives in Birmingham with her husband John and is an active member of a local parish church.
John Settatree leads the Scripture Union Cymru team and is National Mission Co-ordinator for Wales. He works to develop and grow SU’s mission in Wales along with local mission partners. He also develops Welsh language resources.
Paul Francis is leader of Glenwood Church and Glenwood Faith Community in Cardiff. He has been in Christian ministry for over 30 years, including 7 as a youth worker and the last 12 years as Senior Leader of the church.
Dave Redfern is a recent resident of St Andrews Scotland having spent the last 3 years studying for a MA in Theological Studies at Regent College in Vancouver, Canada. Whilst there Dave developed a passion for the rich history of God’s church and hopes to pursue a PhD in church history or historical theology in the future.
Mark Stirling is a former medical doctor who pioneered work amongst university students with the Navigators in Edinburgh from 1998 to 2004. In 2007 he completed an MA in Exegetical Theology at Covenant Seminary in St Louis and in 2011 gained a PhD in Biblical Studies from St Andrews University, his thesis examining issues of discipleship and maturity in Ephesians.
