George Verwer is the Founder and former International Director of Operation Mobilisation, which is a ministry of evangelism, discipleship training and church planting.
Dr Richard Winter is Professor Emeritus of Counselling and Applied Theology at Covenant Seminary in St Louis, USA, and has served as one of the leaders of the European Counsellors Networks. He is also a psychotherapist and counsellor – who trained in medicine and psychiatry in England before – and was director of the English branch of the L’Abri Fellowship for 14 years. He has served in a variety of pastoral and teaching leadership roles in the church.
Dr Eric L. Johnson is the professor of Christian Psychology at Houston Baptist University. He has taught for almost 30 years and published more than 50 articles and the author of, Foundations for Soul Care and God and Soul Care.
Kristi Mair is an author, academic and speaker. Her first book, More>Truth, was published by IVP in 2019.
Nay Dawson works for IFES as the Regional Training Co-ordinator. Jon is an Associate Research Professor within Medicine at the University of Southampton. Together they have 15 years experience of writing and leading Evangelistic Bible studies.

Roger Carswell is a travelling evangelist and author. He leads evangelistic church and university missions as well as speaking at Christian conferences. He has written eleven books including And some evangelists and Where is God in a messed up world?, and publishes numerous gospel tracts and booklets.
Pablo Martinez is a medical doctor and psychiatrist. He has also developed a wide international ministry as Bible teacher and lecturer. He served as chairman of the Spanish Evangelical Alliance and is current president of the Ravi Zacharias Foundation in Spain. He teaches Pastoral Theology.
Mark Griffiths is part of St Padarn’s Institute, the training arm of the Church in Wales, which is responsible for missional research, newly licensed ministers and children, young people and family ministry development.
