Leading Christian Thinkers …
John Lennox
John Lennox has debated Richard Dawkins on ‘The God Delusion’ and on ‘Has Science buried God?’ He has also debated Christopher Hitchens on the New Atheism and the question of ‘Is God Great?’, as well as Peter Singer on the topic of ‘Is there a God?’. John is Professor of Mathematics (emeritus) at the University of Oxford and Fellow in Mathematics and the Philosophy of Science at Green Templeton College, Oxford.
Os Guinness
Os Guinness is an author and a social critic. He has written or edited more than thirty books, including The Call, Time for Truth, Long Journey Home, Unspeakable, A Free People’s Suicide, The Global Public Square, and Renaissance. His latest book is Fool’s Talk: Recovering the Art of Christian Persuasion. Great-great-great grandson of Arthur Guinness, the Dublin brewer, he was born in China in World War Two where his parents were medical missionaries.
Michael Green
Michael Green is a well-known evangelist in many parts of the world. He has been involved in leading missions in universities both in the UK and across Europe for the past five years. Michael’s previous experiences include being Principal of St John’s College, Nottingham; Rector of St Aldate’s Church, Oxford; Professor of Evangelism at Regent College, Vancouver; and Advisor to the Archbishops of Canterbury and York on Evangelism. He has written numerous books including But Don’t All Religions Lead to God; I believe in the Holy Spirit, and Jesus for Skeptics, which is being widely used in missions and has been translated into several languages.
Lindsay Brown
Lindsay Brown is a native of Wales. He has been involved in student ministry with IFES for over 30 years, serving variously as European Regional Secretary, International General Secretary and currently heads up FEUER (Fellowship of Evangelists in the Universities of Europe) – a network formed by a joint effort of UCCF, the British student movement and IFES, the international evangelical student body.
