Biography
Peter Baker has been in Church leadership for nearly forty years. He has served four Churches across the U.K. and together with his wife Siân is currently serving on the Staff of Lansdowne Church in Bournemouth as its Senior Minister.
The recent completion of major building project and navigating a way out of Covid have been two of the more recent challenges in a life of learning how to be resilient as a leader.
Resilience will be his theme at the EQUIP 2022 Conference.
